INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT POLICY
The EUROFRAGANCE, S.L. management considers that Quality, respect for the Environment and the Health of its employees are strategic and fundamental factors in order to provide the highest level of service.
To demonstrate our commitment to quality, safety and the environment, the Integrated Management System of EUROFRAGANCE, S.L. is based on standards ISO 9001:2008 ´Quality Management ´ and lSO 14001:2004 “Environmental Management”, considering OHSAS 18001:2007 “Occupational Health and Safety Management”, and supported by the 5S’s Method of workplace orderliness and cleanliness. An external Certification Body carries out regular inspections, audits and certifications of the Integrated Management System to confirm the compliance with these Standards.
The Management Policy of EUROFRAGANCE, S.L. is our company guideline and ensures an ongoing revision of our improvement objectives, covers all the actions included in the System and is defined as follows:
EUROFRAGANCE, S.L. is a family-owned company specialising in the design, production and marketing of fragrances and flavours that approaches success with effort, happiness, illusion and spirit of sacrifice, based on the steady work of a loyal, fair and respectful team. Our organization aims to fully satisfy our customers by meeting their requirements, with our commitment to ongoing improvement in environmental, quality, and occupational health and safety management and by causing minimum impact through the prevention of environmental pollution and health damage to our employees. This business strategy will gradually improve our market position.
Our MISSION is to generate innovative ideas, which once transformed into action, provide value and success to our customers, in an efficient, profitable and sustainable manner.

Consequently, EUROFRAGANCE, S.L. has established the following basic principles:
• Provide customized solutions, adapted to the needs of our customers, which are economically feasible, use environmentally friendly technology and offer maximum guarantees of safety.
• Establish ongoing improvement objectives and goals with regard to Quality, Environment, Health and Safety. These objectives, which are revised periodically by the Company Management, are clear and realistic, but also ambitious, in line with our activities and with this Policy.
• Pay attention and listen to colleagues and collaborators with interest, making sure we are fair, objective, optimistic and respectful to them.
• The most suitable and up-dated means with constant investment.
• Ongoing and permanent Research and Development.

• Compliance with the applicable law and regulations in corporate activities, together with meeting all other voluntary commitments.
• Prevention and reduction of environmental impacts and occupational risks.
• Promote and support training, information and awareness in order to make all employees responsible and aware of matters regarding quality, customer attention and satisfaction, occupational risk prevention and environmental protection.
• Compliance with the HACCP System (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point System) in the Aromas division, to ensure that goods supplied are completely innocuous.
This regularly updated Policy must be understood and taken on by all our employees and collaborators. It will also be available to anybody who requests it.
The Company Management undertakes to ensure its application and to revise and update it periodically, adapting it to corporate activities and general strategy.
